Below is a list of Chapel Hill public tennis courts. Tennis courts are available on a first come, first available basis, and are free to use. Many have lights for evening and nighttime play.
The courts are occasionally reserved for school tennis team practices, matches, lessons and camps or other sponsored group activities. Parks and Rec posts signs at the courts for the days and times when the courts are reserved for these groups.

Ephesus Park (4 tennis courts, adjacent to 6 pickleball courts)

Notes: Courts have recently been improved with benches added, light bulbs replaced, and cracks filled. Noise levels from adjacent pickleball courts can be distracting for tennis players.
